5. Account Details
Email Address
It is vital that you keep your email address up to date so that we can notify you of any change to
your account or when we have sent you a secure message.
How do I change my account details?
To change any details on your account, for example: Correspondence Address, you should log on to
MyBankOffshore and send us a secure message detailing the required amendments.
Please note that for some changes e.g. Change of name, we will require supporting documentation which
must be mailed to us. We will contact you if further information is required.
How do I change my linked nominated account?
Login to
MyBankOffshore
and send us a secure message advising us of your new nominated account details. One of our advisors will
process your new details and let you know if any supporting documentation is required.
How do I add my existing Alliance & Leicester International account to my new
MyBankOffshore profile?
Login to MyBankOffshore. Click on the ‘Add Accounts’ navigation tab, enter your existing
account number and click submit. To add more than one account, click ‘Add more accounts’ prior
to submitting your account details. Your request will be sent directly to our MyBankOffshore team who will
check your account details. Once your MyBankOffshore profile has been activated, your accounts will be
added accordingly and you will be able to view all of your account information via MyBankOffshore.
